Job Description
1. Responsibilities
- Manage performance marketing channels like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn etc. to maximize relevant KPIsr
- Handle end to end i.e from planning to execution till reporting
- Innovate and lead new campaign ideas
- Work with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimised for conversions, relevance, and customer preferences
- Acquire insights into online marketing trends in the industry and keep strategies up-to- date
- Track and measure campaign level, ad-set level, and ad level performance and determine actionable insights
- Lead funnel building initiatives, user acquisition, conversion & retention of users
- Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA etc. on daily basis and create performance reports
- Regularly optimize campaigns to continuously improve ROAS from the campaigns
- Any experience in Programmatic media buy is a plus
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Good Knowledge in Google/Facebook/Instagram/Quora/LinkedIn ads
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.
